Have we just summed you up? Well let’s see if we can help! Being Bed Experts we know the obvious place to start is making sure your mattress is supporting you as well as it should. If it isn’t, have a look at our website and give us a call to talk you through it. Moving on from your mattress here are a few tips that might help you enjoy your sleep better! 1. Don’t use any device that uses white light for at least one hour before you go to bed. Yes that means the TV or your tablet & definitely not your mobile.
2. Gentle stretching before you go to sleep every time.
3. Spend thirty minutes the night before preparing for the next day ahead so in the morning you’re not waking up rushed.
4. Make sure your bedroom is cool and not too warm to sleep.
5. Make sure your duvet is not too heavy to sleep with and stay asleep.
These points are not in order - some will help better than others. Try them out and persevere.
Breaking bad habits will help! But you must put the effort in to help yourself sleep. More tips to follow next week.
