•When it come to choosing a mattress, remember no one mattress suits all – despite what a lot of those adverts tell you! It will depend on a variety of factors – is it for one or two people, your build, how you sleep, what size bed would you like, if you are buying a mattress only, what sort of base is it going on? Also, access to your bedroom – are you in a loft conversion? If you’re worried you don’t know where to start, don’t be, give us a call, and we can talk you through your options, and guide you through. We will explain the differences in the spring systems and the features and benefits of the different layers available.

•Whilst you might think that the mattress has dipped too much, rest assured it’s just doing its job, and taking your shape, or what’s commonly known as bedding in. It will look as though it’s dipping in the areas you sleep most. If it doesn’t, then it’s not fitting you as it should.All the layers and fillings are just responding to where they need to. Rotating and flipping ( where applicable) will help even out the wear.

•If you’re worried that your bed frame is squeaking – check & tighten the fixing regularly.

 

•When your ottoman bed is brand new , it can be slightly stiff to open. Once you have opened and closed it a few times, you will notice it gets easier. , however this will ease up over time. To make closing the ottoman as easy as possible , ensure your hands are evenly spaced underneath the mattress, but on top of the lid, and push down

 

•Please note that hand made mattresses and made to order goods are not returnable.

 

•Don’t forget to regularly turn or rotate your mattress where applicable – it helps even out the wear especially if you are differing profiles. If you’re not sure, ask us on delivery
